As part of the programme, participants were asked to use www.bubbl.us to generate mind maps of ideas that they had for their libraries - to improve their services using Internet and digital technologies more effectively. As part of day 3 of the programme, participants were also asked to think about how they could promote reponsible and safe use of the Internet, and these ideas were captured in mindmaps using the label cybersavvy.
